Last Tuesday, I met with the new Consul General of India in Chicago, Dr. M. Anand Prakash.
With 20 years in foreign service, Dr. Prakash will no doubt help strengthen the ties between India and the Midwest.
Welcome to Chicago! I hope you packed a jacket!
